The cabinet on wednesday approved a 4 per cent hike in dearness allowance for central government employees and pensioners effective july 2023, minister anurag thakur said.

As Per The Approved Formula For Calculating The Da Rate Based On The All India Consumer Price Index For Industrial Workers.

The central government employees and pensioners will become entitled to higher amount of dearness allowance (da) and dearness relief (dr) respectively, with effect from.

As Of Now, It Is Expected That Both The Dearness Allowance (Da) And Dearness Relief (Dr) For Central Government Employees And Pensioners Will Likely Be Increased By 4%.
